1. Introduction

Plaudit: Review Card (the "App") is a single-purpose tool that lets business owners share review links with their customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how we treat it.

2. Information We Collect

Your business name, message template, and review links are stored on your device. They are not sent to our servers.

If you use the optional Tracking feature, the App sends us:

• An anonymous, randomly generated device identifier
• The review platform type and destination URL
• Open and click events, consisting of a timestamp and the channel used (QR scan, SMS, WhatsApp, or copied link)

We do not collect your name, email address, or physical address, and we do not collect information about the customers who scan or open your links.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never see or store your payment details.

4. How We Use Information

We use the tracking data only to generate trackable short links and to show you scan and click counts in the App. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Tracked link and event data is kept for as long as your device's anonymous identifier remains active. You can ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at, and is not knowingly used by, children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use the App after a change, you accept the updated policy.
