Frequently asked questions

How do I add a review platform?

In Settings, tap a platform under "Review Links" and paste your review link. Supported platforms are Google Business Profile, Facebook, Trustpilot, and Yelp.

How do customers leave a review?

They can scan your card's QR code with their phone camera, or you can send them the link by text, WhatsApp, or copy and paste.

How do I change my default platform?

Open that platform's settings and turn on "Default Platform". It becomes the card the app opens to first.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Plaudit: Review Card, and cancel there.

Is my data private?

Your business details are stored on your device, and the app doesn't collect information about your customers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
